Cheesyy Stickss
The Cheese Stick. i bet you guessed it right. its made out of cheese. Before anything else let me teach you how to make this little snacks. get a dimsum wrapper, slices of julienne cheese. and a little water to seal the sticks. wrap the cheese with dimsum wrapper and glue it with water. Very simple right, and just deep-fry it til its golden brown. best serve with a side of catsup and mayonnaise dip. Best eaten before and after meals from breakfast to mid-night snacks. You can also buy this along street sides of metro manila.
Fish Balls from the streets
The most popular and cheap street food that you can find all over philippines, in just p1.00 you can already take 2 pieces of fish balls, very easy to make just a little flour, water, fish stock to combine, salt, and some added flavorings. just deep-fry it until golden brown and skewer it with a bamboo stick. dip it with there home made sauce of sweet and spicy dip, sweet dip, or spicy vinegar.

BETAMAX aka Chicken Blood.
One of the cheapest street food around Philippines, The Chicken Blood or popularly known as BETAMAX. Its named after the famous video cassette player because of its square shape. This is really easy to make you just need ofcourse chicken blood, minced garlic and onion, and vinegar. Its like making a tofu in-fact it is taste closely like tofu. Cook in charcoal and dip it to a spicy vinegar. You must try this.

Bratwurst on Sizzling plate
This is one of my favorite sausages, Sizzling Bratwurst with rice and egg topped with gravy. The sausage is grilled to perfection its still moist in the inside, its tasty and juicy. Its a must try.

Don't worry guys its not a real dynamite that will literarily explode. This awesome street food caught my attention, Its called Dynamite. if you ask why, well basically it looks like a dynamite. Its made of Green Chili stuffed with cheese, ground beef, or ground pork and wrapped with dimsum wrapper then its deeped fried until golden brown, best served with catsup and mayo. Warning this is a little bit spicy so when trying to eat it make sure you have a cold milk on your side.
